Is the $99 a one-time payment?
Yes. The Complete Reading is one payment of $99, and if you would rather split it, Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm are offered at checkout: four interest-free payments of $24.75. There is nothing to cancel, and your dashboard stays yours.
What do I need to give you?
Your date of birth, your birth time and your birth city, plus an email address so your reading has somewhere to live. Your birth details are stored securely so your reading stays yours. We never sell or share them.
What if I do not know my exact birth time?
The time matters, because a couple of hours can change your profile and sometimes your type. A birth certificate is the usual place to find it. If your town is not in our list, any nearby city in the same timezone gives the same chart.
Can I see anything before I pay?
Yes. Your chart is calculated and opens in your dashboard before any payment: your real bodygraph, your type, your authority and your profile. The reading itself is written the moment you unlock it. The free chart calculator opens the same way, in a dashboard of your own.
What if something in my reading is wrong?
Tell us and we will correct it. The chart itself is calculated rather than generated, and a deterministic pass checks the writing against that chart, but if anything in your reading does not match your chart, we will correct it.
Can I buy readings for other people?
Yes, and they sit in the same dashboard rather than in separate accounts. Readings must be tied to the same email address, and you can invite other email addresses in to view them. Jessica can then answer questions across all of those charts without you buying a Compatibility reading.
Can I keep a copy off the website?
Yes. Your reading, your Self-Discovery Notebook, your Companion Workbook and both recordings all download from the Downloads tab in your dashboard, and every one of them prints. Nothing is locked to the browser.
Is the masterclass extra?
No. The 24 lesson masterclass, the workbook library and the guided meditations open with the reading, along with both recordings, Who You Are and the Self-Discovery Notebook.
What does it cost to add a reading?
Your first Complete Reading is $99. Every reading you add to the same account after it is $50, from your dashboard, and each one is the whole product: 60+ sections, both recordings, the Self-Discovery Notebook and the Companion Workbook, written for that exact chart.
How much is a Compatibility Reading?
$149 for two Complete Readings plus the Compatibility reading, bought together. If you already have a reading on your account, add the second for $50 from your dashboard and every pairing is included. It pairs any two readings you hold, a partner, a friend, a family member, and it lives in the same dashboard as everything else.
How much is a Family Dynamics Reading?
$199 for three Complete Readings plus the Family Dynamics reading, bought together, or $249 for four. If you already have readings on your account, add the ones missing for $50 each and every household is included, three or four people; refreshing one you already have is free. It reads the household as one chart, then each person, then every pair, and it lives in the same dashboard as everything else.
