Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read rather than to protect us, so if anything here is unclear, email us and we will answer plainly.

Who we are

humandesignreading.ai is operated by Human Design HD. You can reach us at hello@humandesignhd.com about anything on this page, including a request to delete your information.

What we collect

Birth details	Your name, birth date, birth time, and birth city. These are the only way to calculate a Human Design chart, which is the product.
Email address	Used to deliver your reading, to give you access to your dashboard, and to send occasional emails you can stop at any time.
Payment information	Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record that a payment happened, the amount, and the email attached to it.
Your conversations with Jessica	Stored so she can remember your chart and your previous questions, and so you can read them back in your dashboard. We can also see them, and we explain why below.
Basic usage data	Which pages were visited and which steps were completed, so we can find what is broken. This is not sold or used for advertising.

The free chart calculator

If you use the free chart at humandesignreading.ai/free-human-design-chart, or the free mini course, you give your name, your email and your birth details, and your chart opens in a dashboard of your own at that email. Those details are stored, for the same reason as any reading: so the chart stays yours to come back to. The list of saved charts on the free chart page is different. It is kept in your browser, on your own device, and is never sent to us.

Why we keep your birth details

Your reading is built from your exact chart, so the chart has to be stored for your reading to stay available in your dashboard. If we deleted the birth data, your reading would stop being yours to return to. That is the whole reason it is kept, and it is not used for anything else.

We never sell or share your birth details, and we do not use them for advertising.

Who else processes your information

Running this service means using a small number of established companies. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

• BodyGraph Chart calculates your chart from your birth date, time, and timezone.
• Anthropic generates the written reading from your chart data. Your name and email are not sent.
• ElevenLabs turns parts of your reading into audio.
• Stripe processes payments and holds all card information.
• Resend sends your emails.
• Supabase stores your reading, chart, and account so your dashboard works.
• Netlify hosts the site.
• Google receives the city names you type into My Places and My Vision so it can find the place (Google Places). If we turn on Google Analytics, Google also receives anonymous page-view statistics.
• Meta receives a signal when a reading preview is viewed and when a purchase is made, so we can tell which of our ads work. With a purchase we also send Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of your email, the two Meta cookies described below, your IP address and your browser type. Your birth details, your chart and your reading are never sent to Meta or Google.

Who can see your conversations with Jessica

You can, in your dashboard, at any time. We can too, and it is fair that you know that.

We use that access for two things: fixing problems, for example when someone tells us an answer was wrong and we need to see what was actually said, and improving how Jessica responds. We also look at anonymous themes across conversations, such as which topics come up most, without attaching them to individuals.

What we do not do is use your conversations in customer emails or marketing. If we notice a problem with your reading, we will say our system flagged it. We will not quote what you said to Jessica back to you, and we will not share your conversations with anyone outside the small number of services listed above.

If you would rather your chat history was deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Cookies and similar storage

We use one advertising measurement tool, the Meta pixel. It sets two cookies in your browser (_fbp and _fbc) so that Meta can match a purchase to an ad you saw, and it is configured not to read what you type into forms. There are no other ad networks on this site. Beyond that, we store a small amount of information in your browser so the site works: a sign-in token so your dashboard remembers you, a per-visit identifier so we can tell one session apart from another, and a preference cookie set only if you are the site owner testing the site.

Emails you may receive

If you enter your email, you may receive your reading and its related files, access codes and sign-in links, and occasional emails about Human Design or the product. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect access to anything you have purchased. Replying to any of our emails reaches a person.

How long we keep things

Your reading, chart, and dashboard are kept for as long as you want them, because they are what you bought. Usage data is kept while it is useful for fixing problems. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong, including a birth time entered incorrectly.
• Ask us to delete your account and everything in it.
• Unsubscribe from emails without losing access to your reading.

Email hello@humandesignhd.com for any of these. We do not require a form or a specific wording, and we will confirm when it is done.

Children

This service is for adults. You must be 18 or older to buy a reading or create an account, which is set out in our Terms. Separately, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If a chart has been created for a child by a parent or guardian, that is their choice to make, and it can be deleted on request.

Security

Data is stored with established providers using encryption in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfect, and we will tell you directly if something happens that affects your information.

Changes to this policy

If this changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell customers by email rather than quietly editing the page.
